A guided (and well-hydrated) walk through the heart of Elephant Island.
This experience weaves together cellar and farm – exploring barrel work, cold soaks, and the fermentation decisions that shape what’s in your glass. Along the way, enjoy a thoughtful selection of wines that bring these processes and places to life.
The tour continues through our Home Block – crab apples, apricots, Viognier, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc – alongside mason bees and chickens that complete the ecosystem.
