SHIPPING COSTS

Elephant Island Orchard Wines Ltd. uses DHL/Loomis, ATS Healthcare and Canada Post as a carrier for ground shipping. Shipping is provided at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects to use a different carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We trust our customers will enjoy our wine. Should that not be the case, however, we will gladly accept the wine back, provided the bottles are intact and the customer covers the shipping cost back to the winery. Should the customer receive the wine they ordered damaged in some way, we will either replace the wine, or reimburse the customer for its cost.
